Let's set a time shall we? Mar 7, 2002

Shahid, the organiser, wanted to take a look at the room. I asked him to hurry up a little cos nothing seems to be happening. He told me that we don't need to book but the cafe is quite small. How does one o'clock suit everybody?

Cafe + for Shahid Mar 12, 2002

Shahid, since you have the sign for organizer and host beside your name, can you confirm that the cafe in the NG is fine with you? The cafe is in the basement and I am not sure whether it has a name at all. Unfortunately, I strained my ankle quite badly and might, therefore, not be able to come, which I am regretting very much. Have fun!

Wouldn't 12 o'clock be less overcrowded? Mar 13, 2002

Since the cafe is small, perhaps it would be a good idea to book. Also, wouldn't 12 o'clock be better than 1.00, in terms of finding places to sit?

I am hoping to be at the NG cafe by 12 noon. Can one of the hosts leave a message in the entrance confirming where you all are? Thank you and I look forward to meet you.

See you there! Mar 15, 2002

I contacted the café and they're open for lunch from 11.30. Apparently it is possible to join the tables. How would we recognise one another? Any ideas?
