A question:

What is the level of this video? Is it aimed at inexperienced translators (eg those in their first year) or at those who already have several years of freelance experience? Would you describe it as introductory or advanced material? Thank you in advance for your reply.

Hi Oliver,
I've been a freelance translator for well over 10 years now, and found this training a good value for money. Hi Oliver,
I've been a freelance translator for well over 10 years now, and found this training a good value for money. While I didn't experience (nor had I expected) an earth-quaking shift of paradigm, there was one big eye-opener, a fresh perspective offered on another issue (which made me change an important working habit), plus Konstantin helped me structure a number of factors that I was already aware of.
My personal opinion is that while translators can benefit from this video irrespective of how long they've been in the industry, beginners will benefit more than experienced translators as some of the things Konstantin discusses can only be learned over time through experience.

Worth it
Jul 14, 2010
Hi Oliver,
I just watched it.
It's worth USD20.00 and 1.5 hours.
The content is more for freelancers with some experience, and the presenter is emphasizing productivity.
If you are looking for tips about how to get jobs/clients, it's not for you.
Enjoy!

I actually consider myself more 'experienced' than 'inexperienced', so I am pleased to hear that it should still be useful for me. And I have plenty of jobs and clients, thank you .
