Hi,

Is this applicable to translate Indesign MAC files using Trados?

Any help will be highly appreciated.

Yes for newer InDesign Sep 28, 2010

Translating is fine, but as usual you will need to do the final processing on the Mac - for formatting and so on.
As long the files are InDesign CS2 or newer it should however work fine.

Indesign file with Trados Sep 28, 2010

Both MAC and WIN Indesign file are translatable by Trados, first save your Indesign file as INX.

It is no problem with final formatting on MAC systems, but is there any other requirements other than saving files in INX format?

Of course you will have to use OpenType fonts on Mac, but that should be all then.
