One client dubbed me "the cheetah of translation", because I always deliver his texts speedily (and no, it's not because I look like Tarzan's chimp chum)...

Not all that fast, but steady and reliable, and once something sticks in my mind it stays there. I remember more than I'd like to.
Also, like some elephants, I'm a wannabe artist (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JCzH0Mk5s7s).

Apparently not. | | |
I'm a tracker dog, always sniffing out obscure references and following the scent - not one of a pack of hounds, more of a bloodhound.
I'm a total hypocrite, but I'm good at picking up the tone and register of a text and making a parody of it in English.

Depends on my biorhythm
At times I'm a sloth - I just couldn't be bothered.
I'm also a red setter - full of beans and can handle anything.
It depends so much on the situation and circumstance. If you dim the lights, put on some nice relaxing music and crack open a bottle of champers, preferably vintage, I turn into a completely different animal.

That's a great one.
I'm an ant, carrying one little word after the other all day on a well-trodden path. When I'm done, I have quite a heap of them.
I love animals (most of them) but I really cannot identify with any of them.
