My answer, based on my own experience:

I still prefer my human intelligence, although I use all or almost all the resources that translation offers us, including AI (not 'heavily' or as an expert).
For me, Trados Studio fulfils my needs as a CAT Tool and DeepL meets the requirements of controlled language/translation (MT or Machine Translation).
By 'controlled' I mean that the translation is human and not artificial while using MT.
As I said above, I use all the tools that translation can offer. I test a few and then see what really helps me.
I don't disregard other old good methods such as paper/digital dictionaries, I've written a style guide in my native language, create my own glossaries, and I'm particularly fond of terminology, a service I provide in addition to translation.
I see AI and any other resources as a map while the translator is a guide, meaning technology can assist in the translation process, but it is the translator who shapes the final product.
