Translation - English According to Article 65 of the General Principles of Civil Law of the People's Republic of China, an agency of a legal civil act may be established in writing or verbally. The contents of the board resolution involved in this case of the defendant expressed the intention of authorization, though it was not titled power of attorney. Translation - English There are 2 techniques for this test: the gel-clot technique and the photometric techniques. The latter include a turbidimetric method and a chromogenic method. Proceed by any one of these techniques. In case of dispute, the final decision is based on the gel-clot technique, unless otherwise indicated in the monograph. Quantities of endotoxin are expressed in Endotoxin Units (EU).
