I guess u are asking about the term SPANGLISH? Could it be so?
In this case I shortly can explain that it is not actually a language. Its more like slang expressions used by Spanish speaking youngs. Most commonly these expressions are borrowed from English and brought quite directly into Spanish.
Here I give u some examples which i found in Wikipedia:
English Spanish Spanglish
