Notification mails are coming too late

I am getting all notifications from the site (KudoZ, Jobs, Forums) with 4-5 hours delay.
Does anyone experience the same?

I just checked your mail monitor and I see that notifications to your email address have been leaving ProZ.com servers on time, http://www.proz.com/?sp=mail_monitor

What I suggest is that you contact your email provider to ensure that they are not having any temporary email delivery problems.
