Dear Dr. Karen Emmorey,
I got an M.A. in Education from San Diego State in 1973. Governor Reagan signed my diploma. I am from Manaus, Amazonas, BRAZIL.
The USAID Education Agreement with the Brazilian Ministry of Education in 1964 allowed several professors from SDSU to come to Brazil and work as consultants to Education Executives. Some learned some Portuguese, others didn´t. Why?
