Emission limits shall be set/established for methane, hydrogen sulphide, and mercaptans containing in the natural gas emitted/leaked from fugitive and non-fugitive sources. Emission limits shall be set for methane only for any fugitive and non-fugitive emissions when producing or transporting the natural gas (other than sour gas).
