: may be "thoughtless"? The text is not about being stupid, but being driven crazy about achievements.

"дурь" - is craziness;if he/she is besotted with this program, if he/she has a desire for insanity - he/she will end up in the grave.

"If it would drive you crazy enough", but I like my first expression, last time I've heard it about snow-boarding.

blithering idiot
здесь аллюзия на "заставь дурака Богу молиться, он себе лоб расшибет". Имеется в виду конченный идиот, упертый в своей одержимости и последовательности.

if you are strong enough
Please note that this expression in most case so that "дурь" means physical power
3 hrs
if you're persistent enough
I believe this means if he stubbornly pursues the course of the program, right?

Because "stupid", while technically a correct translation, has a mean flavor to it in English - whereas in Russian, especially in this source text, it doesn't sound mean, just condescending a little bit.

Дурь does not necessarily means stupidity. Here it's a humorous way to say если хватит упорства.
Compare со всей дури, an ironical way to say со всей силы, изо всей мочи.

Discussion
And "crazy" combines the meanings of "foolishness", "enthusiasm", "to an exceeding degree" - that is what "дурь" is actually about.
