В случае увеличения арендуемой площади помещения в результате действий Арендатора, арендная плата, подлежащая уплате, увеличивается на сумму, пропорциональную увеличению площади арендуемого помещения.

Арендная плата у меня как термин переведен как "lease payment".

Hi Tatiana... actually, I'm not sure how that site came up, but I can't access it as it seems to require a log-in. Out of curiosity I tried searching for "lease payments" strictly in rental/lease agreements, as I've never seen it before - it does occur, by vastly less frequently than the standard - "Rent" - and it really seems to apply to leases for things like equipment, etc., where Rent would obviously be a less appropriate term.

Арендная плата is referred to in English-language (both American and UK - I've worked with literally hundreds of both) leases as Rent. Trust me, I've seen this language plenty of times, and lease payment is rarely (if ever in fact) used.

I'd recommend a search of sample lease contracts (www.onecle.com is an excellent source) if there's any doubt ;).
