Glossary entry (derived from question below)
Chinese term or phrase:
居住密度
English translation:
residential density
Chinese term
居住密度
I'm wondering what the technical term for this is. Would it be something like residential density? The context is:
3平方米,这应该是正常的居住密度.
Thanks in advance!

From the context, seems the "居住密度" should be "人均居住面积" in the Chinese sentence. But if you want to be loyal to source text, I think "residential density" is also right.
