DVDL ist das Formular zur Anmeldung der Absicht to "declare a dividend, für "liquidators or trustees (office-holders)", vgl. The Insolvency Rules 1986, Rule 4.180 "Manner of distributing assets

4.180.—(1) Whenever the liquidator has sufficient funds in hand for the purpose he shall, subject to the retention of such sums as may be necessary for the expenses of the winding up, declare and distribute dividends among the creditors in respect of the debts which they have respectively proved.

(2) The liquidator shall give notice of his intention to declare and distribute a dividend.

(3) Where the liquidator has declared a dividend, he shall give notice of it to the creditors, stating how the dividend is proposed to be distributed. The notice shall contain such particulars with respect to the company, and to its assets and affairs, as will enable the creditors to comprehend the calculation of the amount of the dividend and the manner of its distribution. "/Im Insolvency Act 1986 heißt es zum Thema in §/Section 324 "Distribution by means of dividend.

(1)Whenever the trustee has sufficient funds in hand for the purpose he shall, subject to the retention of such sums as may be necessary for the expenses of the bankruptcy, declare and distribute dividends among the creditors in respect of the bankruptcy debts which they have respectively proved.

(2)The trustee shall give notice of his intention to declare and distribute a dividend.

(3)Where the trustee has declared a dividend, he shall give notice of the dividend and of how it is proposed to distribute it; and a notice given under this subsection shall contain the prescribed particulars of the bankrupt’s estate.

(4)In the calculation and distribution of a dividend the trustee shall make provision—

(a)for any bankruptcy debts which appear to him to be due to persons who, by reason of the distance of their place of residence, may not have had sufficient time to tender and establish their proofs,

(b)for any bankruptcy debts which are the subject of claims which have not yet been determined, and

(c)for disputed proofs and claims." )).

Weiter unten im Schreiben heißt es (Kontext zur Frage):

I refer to the bankruptcy order made on 30 September 2013.
You are ***scheduled as a creditor*** in this matter but you have not yet submitted a formal claim by completing a proof of debt.
If you do not submit your proof of debt by 22 March 2016, you will be excluded from the first and final dividend I am preparing to make.

Meine Frühphasenfassung ist "Sie sind Gläubiger in der vorliegenden Sache". Wörtlich verstehe ich hier "Sie sind in der Sache als Gläubiger vorgesehen" und das habe ich dann so "umgemodelt" wie geschrieben, und freue mich nun auf bessere Ideen für "You are scheduled as a creditor".
