Hi folks: I'm new at this. Need some help
There is a previos answer at kudoz regarding "port call" (puerto de escala) but I don't know whether it fits in this context:
Coordinate with supported units and HQSDDC as appropriate for commercial
transportation of unit personnel and equipment IAW airflow requirements and port call
instructions.

instrucciones para arribar a puerto
I'm not sure of the exact meaning of call. It could be the arrival of the ship at the port (arribar as written above), or berthing of the ship at the dock (atracar) or even disembarking (desembarque), but in any case, I think the important concept is not the port itself but the action of calling.

On second thought, the way I wrote it may give the idea that the instructions are for how to get to the port and I think they are for what to do on arrival so it's probably better to use instrucciones para el puerto de arribo or instrucciones para el puerto de recalada, as Sandra suggested, but again, it depends on what call means.
