I've translated the phrase it: "Take a look at this educator's mantra which my colleague implements", "mantra" seems to fit the context, but I'm unsure if that's a good translation.

Although if it's definitely for pre-school (daycare), rather than kindergarten, maybe "teacher's" should be replaced by "daycare provider," with the appropriate change in wording: "set of tips for daycare providers."
Also, I would use the more conversational "uses" rather than currently overused "implements."

: Actually, here we don't differ between daycare centers and kindergartens, they're all the same to us, or at least were in Union, when my older brother attended one, and then in late 90s. Still, in American English it would be certainly closer to daycare.

Thank you. I know that, but in the USA there's a difference and the asker is based in the USA and presumably translating into AE, and might know the precise context, so I thought it worth underscoring that saying "teacher" cd accidentally exclude daycare.
