I used to have Norton, but 3 years ago I changed over and it works perfect.

Years ago, I had Kaspersky on my private (not office) second PC, but after some update it got in conflict with the rather old Windows version, then I switched to Panda, which also was very good, then I gave up that PC at all. In the office I use Norton and am very satisfied.

My tech says that Norton has cleaned up their act and is much better than it was for a while.
I started with it back in the eighties and kept using it out of force of habit, but sometimes installing it could be a nightmare, and I read in Consumer Reports and elsewhere that it had been surpassed. But now it seems to be OK. | | |

After trying several branded and most valued anti-virus softwares, I have switched over to CA Anti-Virus and am happily using the same for the last 6 years. My system has been safe and secure after switching to CA Anti-Virus.

I have four computers, two running Windows XP and two Ubuntu. I use free AVG for Windows and nothing for Ubuntu. So far, I have never had a problem with viruses (touch wood) and would like to keep it that way.

Plus, my wife has a MacBook for which she has no antivirus software either.
