Yes to either date. As for Trados workshop, Diana, my suggestion is to start with the basics and if they prove too basic for everyone, go on to advanced Trados topics
Shannon Guilbride - Like Ana María, I would love to attend this Powwow, but it clashes with the STIBC AGM. Is there any way you could hold your meeting in the afternoon, from 2:00 p.m. on, at a downtown location. It means we could attend both!
I would really like to attend your meeting. It is a shame that it is scheduled for the same day as the STIBC General Meeting. Any chance you might consider changing the date to avoid the conflict?

This is just an idea... Is anyone interested in having the meeting at a Restaurant on White Rock beach? Like the Boat House for example? Where the view of the ocean, the promenade and pier is awesome! However, if downton Vancouver works better for all, that is fine with me!

Workshops?

Robert pointed out that a workshop would be an added value to this PowWow and I agree.
What about a workshop on Trados/SDLX/Déjà Vu/Other software? I am proficient in the use of Trados (the whole suite) and fairly good with DVX.
If you are interested, I can organize something. All ideas welcome.
We could get a conference room at the library for the workshop, to exchange points of view, etc. and end the day with a nice dinner. How does this sound? D
