Source text - English Notwithstanding Article 5, [Company] shall have the right to terminate this Agreement for just cause, by registered letter to the Hospital without any prior notice or indemnity being due. For this purpose and without being exhaustive, each of the following circumstances shall constitute just cause:
A. any use of the Product by the Surgeon, employee or agent of the Hospital which is not in line with the [Product] User Manual and handling procedures;
B. when the Hospital does not fulfil its financial obligations towards [Company] with respect to the payment of the invoices and in particular the payment terms for the Product;
C. when necessary or advisable in the interests of health and safety of the patient, or as a result of an order of any government authority or court of law.
