I have been working in different areas : Industry, multimedia, and IT.
I first worked abroad in Asia (Singapore and Malaysia), and later, in France on different IT, software, Internet projects.
Recently I created my company for translation services from English to French :
- help files, localization projects, with Trados
- patents : translation and rewriter in different areas : Telecomm, Internet, elecronics
- Powerpoint slides for seminar (Oil - bearings : production, technics, economics)
- rewriter for French technical IT books (AJAX, Exchange).
I work from home with specialized dictionary, and I have Trados (trans memory), and Omnipage (for scan). My speed translation is around 1500-2000 words/day, depending on the project, on repetition, segments, in Trados.
I would like to develop a close partnership for translation services, especially getting informed on the most accurate choice for difficult translation terminology.
