Very good trainer, fairly useful course. May 7, 2012

Suzanne speaks clearly and is pleasant to listen to. The course was a useful introduction to the translation of official documentation. I would say though that it's a shame that if you purchase this video you don't seem to get access to the extra supporting documents that were promised by the trainer during the original webinar. It would be useful if PROZ could make these available for download somehow.
