Besides translation, food is my passion. I love spending time in the kitchen, creating recipes or making old classics. “Elle à Table” is my favorite monthly food magazine. I also like watching food related TV shows like “Masterchef”, Heston Blumenthal’s “In Search of Perfection”, Rick Stein's “Mediterranean Escapes”, Jamie Oliver’s “At Home” and even Gordon Ramsay's “Kitchen Nightmares”…

cooking: our lodger took one mouthful of my pumpkin mash and said "how come when you do vegetables they taste nice?" which is just about the best compliment I have ever had"
sewing: I love to make my own clothes
music: I listen while cooking mostly
