It's hard to define "regular," of course.

Only two are really regular (orders every month). Happy Easter to you all!

Seven or eight Apr 1, 2018

I have seven or eight frequent clients, but I wouldn't call them "regular", several more occasional ones and a few new ones pop up now and then.

The most difficult part of being a freelance translator Apr 1, 2018

If I consider clients that send me jobs every 2-3 months, then I have 10-15 regular clients.
If I consider those who always send me jobs every month, then I have 8 regular clients.
First list makes me less worried

Actually, I believe the most difficult part of being a freelance translator is getting new clients. You have to prospect all the time, since 1 out of 10 reaches you back.

Four regular and a total of six good clients, plus a number of others Apr 1, 2018

Difficult to define "regular" but I have four who have given me work during most of the last six months. Others pop up less frequently.

Hard to tell Apr 2, 2018

Checking my stats for this year so far, I could consider:
- 7 clients that send me jobs regularly for more than two years and have sent me at least three (one per month) this year.
- 6 clients that send me jobs sporadically, but have been around for many years
- 3 new clients (started this year), which I'm not sure in what category they'll fit
- 24 clients that show up every now and then with jobs. I don't know if they'll show up again or disappear forever, but every now

- 24 clients that show up every now and then with jobs. I don't know if they'll show up again or disappear forever, but every now and then I'm surprised by jobs from these people
- About 32 past clients I still maintain as active in my database because they could show up at any time.

I considered only the first three groups to answer this poll.
