"Thank you for contacting the Skrill Help Team.
We would like to inform you that due to technical issues on our end, we currently experience difficulties processing bank withdrawals to Turkish bank accounts.
If you wish, you may wait for your withdrawal to get processed, however keep in mind that we cannot engage with a specific time frame..."
Also, my account has been locked for a month. The explanation is "Regarding the temporary restriction currently set on your payments, we assure you that your Skrill account is under a standard verification procedure. We are working on completing the verification as soon as possible and kindly ask for your patience." What kind of a standard verification takes more than a month to complete?
I have payments to do as well, but I cannot tell my landlord that "I currently experience difficulties processing your rent, however keep in mind that I cannot engage with a specific time frame..."
What do you suggest me to do?
Regards,

I experienced the same issues with Skrill withdrawals and verifications. The only outcome I managed to achieve is to have the funds returned by canceling the withdrawal. | | | Michael Newton United States Local time: 08:48 Japanese to English + ...

Have you tried re-verification manually? In Skrill, go to Settings > Verification. I'm not sure if it's possible to do that, though.

I'm afraid Skrill does not allow one to receive funds via PayPal. AFAIK one can only withdraw funds from Skrill to a bank account (and in my case, also to a debit/credit card, to a Bitcoin wallet and to a Neteller wallet).

You can eliminate Skrill altogether and have the client send funds by PayPal. PayPal does not need to have any interfacing with Skrill whatsoever. . | | | Edward Potter Spain Local time: 14:48 Member (2003) Spanish to English + ... The usefulness of Skrill | Dec 17, 2020 |
I've used Skrill (formerly Moneybookers) for many years. The best thing about it has been its very low fees. In this respect it better than PayPal.
Unfortunately, it has not caught on anywhere other than Eastern Europe. There may be trust issues. My understanding is that Skrill is not insured, unlike PayPal.
Right now I barely use Skrill since everyone seems to prefer the more expensive PayPal. I would like to use it more because of the low fees. | | | Sarper Aman Türkiye Local time: 16:48 Member (2019) English to Turkish + ... Skrill is out of business in Turkey... | Dec 17, 2020 |
...as of January 2021. Since the announcement, there are many complaints about withdrawing to bank accounts. I had a long waiting balance because of the withdrawing limit. I deposited some money to my Skrill account now I've been waiting for some time to get it. CS says "we cant right now." PayPal's not operating in Turkey since 2016. There are some intermediary firms that can transfer your money from Skrill and then to your bank account with a fee, of course. But I didn't try it. | | | It is a mess in transferring funds to a Bank but... | Dec 17, 2020 |

It works well with debit card, I use it that way, when I receive a payment I withdraw the funds, perhaps you can ask for a debit card from them? | | | To report site rules violations or get help, contact a site moderator: You can also contact site staff by submitting a support request » Skrill does not transfer my money!!
