Source text - French La modification du circuit existant permet de mélanger les briques de la couche de pied parmi les briques des autres couches.
La modification consiste à ajouter un convoyeur Co à l’amont du convoyeur C1 actuel. Le convoyeur Co est muni d’une butée d’arrêt des briques et d’un système de retenue d’une rangée de brique.
Afin d’installer ce matériel, il est nécessaire de déposer l’actuel pack rotator, la pince P2, la table fixe à l’arrière du convoyeur C1 et de modifier le pas de pèlerin du convoyeur C1.
La pince P1 prend les couches sur le convoyeur à lattes et les dépose sur le convoyeur Co s’il s’agit d’une couche de pied et sur le convoyeur C1 pour les autres couches. La couche de pied est amenée contre la butée d’arrêt contre laquelle les produits patinent. On introduit sur C1 une ou deux rangées de briques de pied par couche normale. Quand les convoyeurs Co et C1 sont à l’arrêt, la butée de retenue se lève et les convoyeurs démarrent. Quand la rangée est évacuée, les convoyeurs stoppent, le système de retenue vient pincer la première rangée de brique que l’on garde sur le convoyeur C1. Le convoyeur C1 évacue la rangée de brique de pied et la butée d’arrêt descend. Le système de retenue relâche la rangée de briques et le convoyeur Co amène les produits au patinage contre la butée.
Translation - English The modification to the existing circuit is used to mix the bricks in the bottom layer with the bricks in other layers.
The modification consists of adding a conveyor C0, upstream of the current conveyor C1. Conveyor C0 is fitted with a limit stop for bricks and a holding system for a row of bricks.
In order to install this equipment, it is necessary to remove the current rotator pack, the gripper P2, the fixed table behind conveyor C1 and to modify the step feeder on conveyor C1.
Gripper P1 takes the layers on the slat conveyor and places them on conveyor C0 if it is a bottom layer and on conveyor C1 for the other layers. The bottom layer is brought against the limit stop against where the products are held. One or two rows of bottom-layer bricks are introduced onto C1 in a normal layer. When the conveyors C0 and C1 are stopped, the holding stop rises and the conveyors start. When the row has been evacuated, the conveyors stop, the holding system grips the first row of bricks which is held on conveyor C1. Conveyor C1 evacuates the row of bottom-layer bricks and the limit stop is lowered. The holding system releases the row of bricks and conveyor C0 brings the held products against the limit stop.
