I am a native French speaker and Freelance translator based in France. After 8 years experience in the commercial sector, I decided to work via the internet which has the advantages of facilitating contact as well as fast transmission of documents.i'm happy to work on this project.
I'm just back from holiday. I hope this will be a great experience for each of us.

Hello I'm based in Sydney, Australia. I have been working on a wide range of different fields in translation, mainly technical works, but I also was subcontracted to translate Humanitarian documents in the past and I am glad to come back to this topic today, and why not, as a volunteer. I am a lawyer based in Greece, native in Greek and near native in French, as a result of a bilingual secondary education and attending a Law School in France and in Belgium, where I have been living for almost a decade.
I have always been a languages lover and loved to deal with them. My passion led me to get involved in legal/political and IT translation since 2001. As a volunteer, I have mainly been participated in projects for the Open Source Community (Linux) and in some isolated web content localization projects.

I have a Sociology degree and did research in Historical Geography. I have worked in UK local government and voluntary sectors, managing and developing social housing for rent and shared ownership. I have worked on developments of special needs housing, working closely with social services and mental health teams.
