I can see a variety of ways to translate this and all have slightly different meanings. Currently trying to decide between "the collection and pre-billing processing of supplied services data" which I don't like, and "The collection and processing of data for services supplied before billing" or "the collection and processing for pre-billing of information from supplied services data". Help!
