"n relation to (i) the giving of relief; and (ii) the confirmation, recognition, enforcement or execution of a court judgment, order or arbitral award made or given in accordance with Clause 9999, whether before or after final judgment or arbitral award including, without limitation: interim or final injunctive relief; specific performance; recovery of assets; attachment (including pre-judgment attachment and post-judgment attachment); and enforcement or execution, submits to the courts of any jurisdiction, waives and agrees not to claim any sovereign or other immunity and agrees to ensure that no such claim is made on its behalf."
