Todos los ejemplos de "power of attorney w/n" que encuentro en Internet tienen que ver con Rusia y creo que están traducidos del ruso. He aquí un modelo de "Consultancy Services Agreement" en inglés y ruso en el que aparece:
"...Marina A. Nelyubina acting on the basis of the power of attorney w/n of 02 December 2015..."
"Марины Анатольевны, действующей на основании доверенности б/н от 02 декабря 2015"

Entonces, "w/n" corresponde a "б/н", que es en realidad "b/n".
En este contexto, б/н es abreviatura de без номера:
"You can have a "Letter of Authority No. 123 dated XX.XX.XX", or a "Letter of Authority dated XX.XX.XX" (which in Russian is rendered as "доверенность б/н" (без номера))."

¡De nada! Así que w/n aquí = without number. No lo habría adivinado. Pero en español me parece que podrías utilizar "s/n", si quieres; es tan frecuente esta abreviatura que me parece se entendería sin mayores dificultadoes (mucho mejor que "w/n" en inglés, desde luego). Como te parezca. ¡Saludos!
