Agree with ignoring "закрытые". Definitely looks redundant in this case. The reason for its presence is that the stem, root words are "закрытые переходы" which can be both above and under the ground. But, once you specify that you are talking about the underground solutions, the qualifier "закрытые" does become redundant.
