I am looking for a good English/Spanish or Spanish/English glossary on terms related to slaughterhouses and meat processing/packing industry as I must translate a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) manual for a slaughterhouse, from Spanish into English.

If you can suggest a resource, I would be very grateful for that help.

Thank you very much for this suggestion.
I cannot find any good bilingual glossary on the subject but I cannot believe there are none on the whole Internet!

I don’t know of any glossary, but Eur-Lex documents on GMP might be useful and you could find there enough material to build your own glossary:
